When Less is More

When Less is More

We are all under pressure to try to do more and more every day. We never seem to have enough time to get through the things you want to get through. I see it every day in my office. Clients under pressure to do more and more taking more and more time. This may seem to be a logical way to go, but actually, I recommend to my clients that what they should actually do is less each day, but accomplish more.

When we focus on less things, we can often make a better job of them than when we try to focus on more. It is essential to make a priority lists to do ensure that the things we focus on are important and worthwhile. All too often we focus on things which seem important only to discover that they are not at all. I am a believer in quality as opposed to quantity. If we can accomplish a couple of good things a day, then our lives can be lives of significance and conscious.

If you are finding yourself overwhelmed with what you think you need to do, take a breath and ask yourself if you are focusing on what is really important to you.
