Update on New Year’s Resolutions
Well as we approach the end of January, I sit and wonder how folk have done with regards to their New Year’s Resolutions. At the beginning of January people are often flush with excitement and hope for the New Year. As the month goes on, the motivation begins to wane and old habits and behaviours begin to slip into their lives again. Often by this time of January, the resolutions made have been consigned to the dust bin of January.
