Now is the Time for Your New Year’s Goal Think Hypnotherapy
I know you are probably thinking this is a mistake, after all it is only the 24th of November, but no it is not a mistake at all. All too often people make unrealistic resolutions for the New Year. These resolutions are generally the same as they were last year and the year before and the year before. Setting a goal, I prefer goal to resolution, should not be something made in haste. Hasty goals are seldom achieved.
Setting your goal or goals for the year, should be something that is given a great deal of consideration. No one should set themselves up for failure and often a goal made in haste leads to failure. Now, I am not going to go into SMART goals as most of you will know these already. However, I would like to say that if you give a month or so to consider what it is you want to achieve, you are more likely to achieve it. The reason for this, is that with the extra time, you are able to put into place some action points which will help you to achieve it.
