End of an Era, I Prefer the Beginning of a New One
For regular readers of my blog, you may have noticed that I did not write an entry yesterday for the first time in almost two years. I hope that you will grant me this one time to be quite personal in my entry today.
We often hear people refer to the end of an era, well for me, I have left Richmael House after more than 25 years yesterday, to set up my self a mile or so down the road. I loved my time there, but as the saying goes all things must pass and my time there has done.
Rather than looking at this change with sadness or regret, I look at the change as being an opportunity for new growth and development. As I write this I am sitting at my new desk enjoying a lovely cup of coffee and I am excited, and am so looking forward to the future of the practice, as well as my own as an individual.
So it led to to consider that let’s do away with the end of an era saying and embrace “here’s to the beginning of a new one and may it be all we hope it to be”
